Pumped Up Kicks; Foster The People

A friend of mine also watched Coachella online and caught himself hearing a catchy whistling during the last song performed by this Californian indie band recently formed: Foster the People.

The band, formed in 2009 by the trio Mark Foster, Mark Pontius and Cubbie Fink, released only one single and one EP. The song is "Pumped Up Kicks". I don't like to compare, but "Pumped Up Kicks" (and more generally, the band sound) is a mix of Peter, Bjorn and John and MGMT. :)
